BabyG Technology Private Limited (“BabyG App”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the BabyG Website and BabyG Mobile Application (the “Service”), and BabyG content, such as text, graphics, videos, images, information, and other material (“Content”). It describes how we use, secure, collect and share information of our users as well as individuals.
By mere use of BabyG App or Website, you expressly consent to the Company’s use and disclosure of your Personal Information (as defined below), and third-party information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Website or App.
We only collect the information you provide with registration and usage of the Application or website. You create an account with BabyG either through an email or a phone number and password or you can use login with OTP to verify your phone number, or you can connect or sign in to our Service using a third-party service, we will use that third-party service to authenticate you. We may also use, collect or access other information that you have agreed may be provided by that third party, such as your username, name, e-mail address, date of birth, and gender. We collect this information so that it can be used for the purposes explained in this Privacy Policy. To personalize the program for your baby, we ask for information including your name, relationship, child name, gender, and date of birth and if the child is premature, we need the expected date of birth to make adjustments to the program. We also allow you to upload a photo of your child.
You are also required to provide your billing address as well as credit/debit card/net banking or other payment details which may be aligned with third party payment services. The Company will use this Information only for processing orders, billing and delivery purposes. For your convenience, the Company or a Company authorised payment gateway saves the billing information and remembers certain details of the payment choices made by you in the event you would like to carry out any other transaction and/or place an order on the Website again.
When you use the Service, we may also collect and store information about the mobile or other devices you use to access our Service and about how you use them. We may also collect and store information such as IP address, operating system, unique device identifier, mobile network information including the date and time of your usage, the content and pages you view.
We may also collect and store certain information in server logs, including in third-party logs. This may include: (i) details of how you used our Service or Content, (ii) technical information, (iii) device event information such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, Application launch, the date and time of your request, features used and referral URL, etc.

To Delete your BabyG app account, you can simply head to BabyG app hamburger menu on top left on home page of the app and select delete account option. If you face any issues, you can either contact chat support from the app or write to our team at contact@babyg.app
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests, if allowed by applicable laws, we reserve the right to impose certain requirements and restrictions on such requests, such as limiting our production of information to certain formats.
We have implemented and maintain commercially reasonable security practices to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction, or disclosure of your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
You fully understand and unambiguously consent to the transfer of your personal information to, and the collection and processing of such personal information in our servers which may be outside your nation.
This Privacy Policy may be updated by BabyG Application from time to time. If BabyG Application makes material changes, we will provide notice to you either by email or (i) by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Website at least 15 days in advance of the effective date and (ii) posting a notification on our Applications that the Privacy Policy has been updated.
